World Street Food Congress returns to Manila in October 2019

by | 21 Feb, 2019 | Travel Industry Updates

World Street Food Congress (WSFC) returns to Manila in October 2019, its Facebook page announced on Thursday.

Happening in Bonifacio Global City, WSFC this year will have the theme “Street Food Roads to Success,” highlighting inspirations and opportunities “because there is a universe of platforms and offers out there for talents in this field,” WSFC said.

“We thank the Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board for their ardent belief and support on this movement and the WSFC,” it continued.

After hosting for two consecutive years, the WSFC was cancelled last year due to “experiencing more changes than usual.”

In 2017, famous host and chef Anthony Bourdain came to the Philippines to attend the WSFC.
